Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Yume constantly strives to ensure that our products meet your standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 business days upon delivery. 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging (including dust bags, boxes, etc.), and in the same condition as when received (except returns due to flaws or damage).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

If your return is accepted, we will promptly email you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to return your package.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To help reduce waste, we recommend using the original shipping container to initiate your return. Thank you for supporting our efforts in sustainability!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to promptly address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 7 business days upon delivery. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
